Our Story
It all started when Holiday Planit’s owner Johanna, along with her “Statie” husband Tommy V were hosting a group cruise to Alaska. The group was mostly officers, and the camaraderie they shared was a sight to behold.
The spouses commented how rare it was to see their LEOs in an environment where they could relax and blow off steam. An idea was born to grow this group of friends across the nation and beyond!
Our Vision
To organize and host a relaxing and fun group cruise for 1st Responders and their friends and family, while comfortably cruising with like-minded people, we make friendships to last a lifetime.
The more friends we make, the bigger the group. Someday, we may book a whole ship together!

Johanna’s first career as a classical dancer included the Moulin Rouge in Paris, and performing on a world cruise ship.
After earning her MBA, she combined her business skills and travel experiences in over 20 countries around the world into her lifelong passion as a travel advisor.
Johanna opened Holiday Planit in 2014. Specializing in cruises and planning one-of-a-kind awesome group vacations for our nation’s heroes like you.

Tommy started in law enforcement with 11 years of corrections and policing in Canada followed by 10 years in the U.S. as a Nevada State Trooper.
He never says “eh” but he’s often heard saying “meow.”
His world-renown antics on cruise ships have earned him the title CFO; Chief Fun Officer. He hosts group cruises just for 1st Responders with his wife, Johanna, twice a year.

Brenda has worked in law enforcement as a civilian for the last 23 years.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration. Brenda’s’ most cherished role is as a mother and a grandmother.
Her travel passion is finding impromptu journeys, off-the-beaten-path adventures, and simplifying your travel planning, so you can just focus on enjoying your travel experience.
